IIM Kozhikode Launches Certificate Programme in Sustainable Business Leadership

IIM Kozhikode has announced the launch of a new Certificate Programme in Sustainable Business Leadership (CPSBL), scheduled to commence in June 2026. The programme is designed for mid-to-senior level executives seeking to integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks into corporate strategy and operations.The nine-month blended programme will be delivered through a combination of weekend residential modules on the institute's 111-acre Kozhikode campus and live online sessions.

Programme-wise Admission Overview

For MBA Programme: Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). A valid CAT score is mandatory, and candidates must meet the CAT cutoff score set by IIM Kozhikode for the admission cycle. Work experience is not mandatory but is considered during the selection process.

For Executive MBA Programme: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks. A minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduation work experience is typically required. CAT score requirements may vary; some years this programme may accept GMAT scores or other equivalent tests in addition to or instead of CAT.
