KIIT Scholarships 2026

B.Tech students admitted via KIITEE; the KIITEE topper gets fully free education, and top 1000 rank holders receive a monthly scholarship for the full study period, subject to maintaining the required CGPA and attendance.

Top GPA/CGPA holders (1st, 2nd, 3rd positions) in each semester examination receive Rs 10,000, Rs 7,000 and Rs 5,000 per month respectively, awarded for six months.

Two poor and meritorious students each year receive completely free education covering college fees, hostel and mess fees, books and other ancillary expenses.

Poor and needy students who are also meritorious; the amount and period of the award are decided based on the financial need of the selected candidate.

Up to 5% of sanctioned B.Tech intake reserved for Below Poverty Line (BPL) card holders, with a separate quota for tribal students; waiver covers tuition fee only, other fees payable by the student.
